Privacy policy

This policy describes the private Hermes Personal and Work integration operated by Jiho Kang. It connects the operator's own personal and work Google accounts for productivity tasks requested by the operator.

Data accessed and purposes

With Google account authorization, this integration can access Gmail messages, message metadata and labels; calendars and events; Drive files and file metadata; Docs documents; Sheets spreadsheets; and contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

These permissions support reading and organizing email, composing and sending messages, managing calendar events and Drive files, reading and editing documents and spreadsheets, and looking up contacts. Contacts access is read-only. The integration accesses Google data to perform the operator's requested tasks.

Processing and sharing

Data needed for a requested task may be sent to the AI service providers configured by the operator in Hermes Agent. These providers process that data to produce the requested response or action, subject to their applicable terms and the operator's data-protection settings. Actions such as sending email or sharing a file disclose the selected content to the recipients chosen by the operator.

Google Workspace data is not sold, shared with data brokers, used for advertising, or used by this integration to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Data transfers are limited to providing the requested functionality, protecting security, or meeting legal obligations.

Storage, security, and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in separate personal and work credential files on the operator's systems with access restricted to the operating-system account. OAuth tokens permit access without storing the Google account password. Connections to Google APIs use HTTPS.

Google data included in conversations, generated output, local files, or backups may remain in the operator's Hermes installation until the operator deletes it. AI providers may retain submitted data as described in their applicable terms and configured retention settings. Credentials remain until deleted or revoked. This public website does not receive or store Google OAuth tokens, email, calendar entries, files, or contacts.

Control and deletion

The operator can revoke this app's access at Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future API access; it does not automatically delete existing local conversations, output, or backups. Those copies and stored credentials can be removed from the operator's Hermes installation. For help with access or deletion, contact [email protected].

Google API Limited Use

This integration's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy.

This website

These static pages do not use analytics scripts, advertising, or sign-in forms. The hosting provider, DigitalOcean, may process standard web-request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website under its privacy policy.
